Jane Diplock

Chairman of the Securities Commission, New Zealand's main investment regulator.

Chairman of the Securities Commission, also Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) . She is an officer of the General Division of the order of Australia and was honoured for her services to business and commerce, to public administration and to the community.

Under Jane’s leadership the Securities Commission has taken a higher profile in education about securities and in international securities regulation. Jane has held a number of senior executive positions in the banking industry, education and government in Australia and in 2003 was appointed as an officer of the General Division of the Order of Australia for service to business and commerce, public administration, and the community.
