Ryan Castle draws on his wealth of corporate and small business experience and high performance athletics training to help business owners reach their next level of performance. He combines best practice research with hard-won experience from worlds of business and sport to deliver a game plan that gets results.

Ryan has a wealth of corporate and small business experience and has been involved with Dr Mike Ashby for over 10 years. Since 2005 Ryan has been facilitating business workshops, coaching and chairing advisory boards. and previously worked as an Account Director at Telecom Wholesale (responsible for over $100M of annual revenue), owned a property investment firm, and ran a successful IT business which he sold in 2010. He has also started and failed a number of startup businesses and provides valuable insight into what not to do.

Ryan has been surrounded by high performance from an early age. His father Bruce captained the NZ Rugby League team and his mother Marlene has won medals in Lawn Bowls at World Championship and Commonwealth Games level. His sister Raelene worked as CEO of the NRL Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League team in Australia before becoming CEO of Rugby Australia. Ryan’s own sporting endeavours include 10 years of Martial Arts, Ironman, multiple endurance events in running, swimming & surfski paddling & representative level hockey. Ryan has now dedicated his time helping others achieve their own high performance both in business and personally.
