Steven Nayda has extensive experience in leadership, management and improving performance through people. He is co-founder of Management and Business Education (MBE), a professional training company that conducts management, leadership and people development training across New Zealand.

Steven has been managing and delivering consultancy and learning projects for over 15 years. He regularly conducts strategic planning, business reviews and management consultancy for government and private organisations. He has extensive experience in leadership, management and improving performance through people. He is co-founder of Management and Business Education (MBE), a professional training company that conducts management, leadership and people development training across New Zealand.
Steven is known for his ability to take complex issues and relate them in a practical and understandable style. Successful results from his involvement with organisations have led to Steven being invited back again and again.
From 1986 to 1994 he worked in the finance industry for Australia’s largest credit union as Lending Adviser and then Branch Manager before moving into a corporate/head office role as Distribution Manager. He has a BA in Business from the University of South Australia and has more recently completed 12 Masters Degree/Post Graduate papers. Prior to commencing his career of speaking and presenting in 1994, Steven worked in the finance sector in retail banking and corporate management roles. He works closely with chartered accountants and other business professionals.
